RETURN POLICY

ALL ORDER CANCELLATIONS requested prior to shipping/fulfillment will be processed with a 15% CANCELLATION/RESTOCKING fee. No exceptions.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, REFUNDS, and EXCHANGES of customer's original purchase. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. If you have questions regarding the sizing of a specific item, please call us at 312 431-1900 and our staff will be more than willing to assist you. 

Should there be a factory defect or incorrect shipment we will exchange the item for the correct product, store credit, or issue a credit to your payment method. Under these circumstances, Succezz will cover all costs involved in returning the merchandise.

All returns will be offered via STORE CREDIT ONLY. The aforementioned credit will be valid for up to one calendar year on succezzthestore.com and can be applied to in-store purchase only, subject to terms.

All returns/exchanges are handled on a case by case basis at the discretion of the retailer. SUCCEZZ BY B&VDOT INC. reserves the right to deny any returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds [if accepted/honored] will be processed at the moment of return. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees to our facility- SUCCEZZ BY B&VDOT INC. is also not responsible for refunding original shipping for returned product.

 Further, any products returned to our facility without prior contact being made to a SUCCEZZ BY B&VDOT INC. retail associate or store management will not be honored; product will be restocked into our inventory and NO REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED. Again, any 'blind' returns shipped to our facility without proper documentation or prior contact made to our facility WILL NOT BE HONORED.
