PAYPAL ORDERS

MOST SNEAKERS ARE AVALIBLE FOR ONLINE ORDERS VIA PAYPAL THE FOLLOWING MONDAY AFTER RELEASE. ALL ORDERS REQUIRE A $10.00 PAYPAL PROCESSING FEE. PLEASE CONTACT THE STORE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION. ONCE A INVOICE HAS BEEN SENT YOU ARE ALLOCATIED 24 HOURS TO PAY SAID INVOICE, IF IT IS NOT PAID IN 24 HOURS YOUR PRODUCT SHALL BE PUT BACK UP FOR SALE UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECIVED. AFTER 48 HOURS WITHOUT PAYMENT YOUR INVOICE SHALL BE CANCELED AND YOU MUST REQUEST ANOTHER AND  PAY IT OFF WITHIN 24 HOURS, IF THE SECOND INVOICE IS NOT PAIDED WINTHIN THE 24 HOUR SPAN YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REQUEST ANYMORE INVOICES FOR THAT PRODUCT.

PROCESSING TIME

At the moment all orders are running on a 1-2 business day processing/production time. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped.

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS, REFUNDS, and EXCHANGES are accepted for up to 14 business days of customer's original purchase (with receipt or tracking number) for unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and non-modified merchandise. All merchandise must remain in its original packaging or with original packaging fully intact (including all tags).

UNITED STATES RETURNS
Returns from the U.S. should be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Returns shipped with other services than USPS with tracking and Insurance.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
All returned items should be declared as a “Return of American Merchandise” on the customs declaration; returned packages that don’t have this mention on their custom declaration may not be successfully delivered to our warehouse and may incur additional fees.

We use UPS Ground on all orders placed within the United States. You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to cancel. Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours will not be granted. Orders shipping to FPO/APO addresses must ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery as well as unplanned delays. If your order has already shipped and you contact us with an address change, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded. We only ship to addresses with the same billing and shipping address.
