PROCESSING TIME

At the moment all orders are running on a 1-2 business day processing/production time. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped.

RETURN POLICY

ALL ORDER CANCELLATIONS requested prior to shipping/fulfillment will be processed with a 15% CANCELLATION/RESTOCKING fee. No exceptions.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, REFUNDS, and EXCHANGES of customer's original purchase. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. If you have questions regarding the sizing of a specific item, please call us at 312 431-1900 and our staff will be more than willing to assist you. 

Should there be a factory defect or incorrect shipment we will exchange the item for the correct product, store credit, or issue a credit to your payment method. Under these circumstances, Succezz will cover all costs involved in returning the merchandise.

UNITED STATES RETURNS
Returns from the U.S. should be shipped via USPS. Returns shipped with other services than UPS with tracking and Insurance.

We use UPS Ground on all orders placed within the United States. You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to cancel. Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours will not be granted. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery as well as unplanned delays. If your order has already shipped and you contact us with an address change, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded. We only ship to addresses with the same billing and shipping address.
